Regional Manager: Merchant Services-North West at Capitec Bank

Purpose Statement

• To contribute to the overall profit of Capitec by managing the operational results of the Account Managers and the Technical Support team members within the allocated region
• To ensure client service excellence throughout region by contracting and reviewing regional service delivery standards with team members
• Stay abreast of market trends and business opportunities through continuous and proactive competitor research and analysis
• New product roll out

Experience
Min:

• At least 3 – 5 years’ proven cold-calling / external sales experience in a similar environment

Ideal:

• At least 2 years’ proven people management experience within a similar environment

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or Marketing
