    Regional Manager

    Job Description

    • Regional Manager – Northern Cape  (Central Region)
    • Old Mutual | Personal Finance

    What You Bring

    • Proven leadership experience in a sales-driven environment
    • Strong commercial instinct—you understand what drives revenue

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
    • FAIS accredited (NQF5 – 120 credits)
    • Full product accreditation
    • Leadership experience
    • CFP® (advantageous)
    • Driver’s licence and own vehicle (non-negotiable)
    • Regulatory Note
    • This role falls within FAIS (Category B).
    • Candidates must meet Fit and Proper requirements (honesty, integrity, competence).
