    Regional Project Manager

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Be a role model and a visible ambassador for our company values and business code of conduct.
    • Act as a consultant to customers to assist with automation and digitalization implementation road maps for customers
    • Lead the digital and automation systems implementation and integration on customers' sites.
    • Develop a holistic support organisation for mine systems, with a particularly strong focus on systems and applications.
    • Overall automation and digitalization project execution management.
    • Collaborate with other divisions to support automation implementation projects where required.
    • Develop and manage a data analytics team to support the local CC and be part of the global team.
    • Generate leads for PSD and CE through the data analytics team.
    • Work closely with the other divisions' Regional Business Line Managers and Product.
    • Managers to promote automation processes internally and externally and act as a consultant on their application

    Competences, Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in mining-related industries
    • Experience in deploying technology projects (automation and/or digitalization) within the mining industry
    • Project and program management skills and experience
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Must have a holistic understanding of the Epiroc automation and digitalization process and systems
    • Very well-versed in systems and applications
    • Good understanding of software and network engineering
    • Good communication skills and the ability to consult with customers
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Good Epiroc product knowledge would be advantageous
    • Team-orientated approach, ability to bring people together
    • Reading, writing, and speaking abilities at a strong level.
    • Must have sound report writing skills and hold a good level of conversation with customers

    Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mining, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical), Information Technology, or Computer Science
    • A qualification in project management is advantageous
