Regional Sea Logistics Trainer at Kuehne + Nagel

Your Role
He or she ensures the Operational Care teams can operate in a standardized way and and complex system environment to provide the best service quality to our customers. The training and further education of our employees is a key component in our business model. This requires trainers with a high level of know-how in adult education and seafreight forwarding.
Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the creation, proofing and optimization of all operational training concepts for our SeaFreight applications and processes
• A training concept entails how the training will take place (Online, live training...) timing, group dynamics, media usage (PowerPoint, flip charts, pin board, whiteboard, system exercises, games etc.) as well as developing training materials (exercises, tests, handouts, trainer scripts, documentations)
• Responsible to coordinate with HR and establish and perform process training - How to manage and mentor using our system tools - towards mid management level (FS but mainly Supervisors)
• The Regional Trainer must be flexible to on request deliver training as per training requirements
• These trainings should include elements of Continuous Improvement

Your Skills And Experiences

• You have minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistic/Supply Chain Management
• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in Sea Logistics, as well as International Experience (Leadership experience in preferred)
• Training and presentation experience, practical experience in adult education
• Operational systems knowledge; to know and master Sea Logistics Operational Processes
• Understanding in process analysis and change management
• Analytical and conceptual thinking and acting, methodical, independent and result-oriented work
• High communication skills and and very good pronounced team behavior
• You speak fluent English (preferred if you know basic Turkish)
