Registry Clerk: Records And Registry Services LDTCS C5/2025: Capricorn
Render an effective filling and records management services.
Operate office machines in relation to the registry function.
Process documents for archiving and disposal.
Prerequisites
Grade 12 / NQF level 4 or equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA.
A qualification in Records/Archives management will be an added advantage.
Computer literacy.
Valid Driver’s Licence (Except for people with disabilities)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Knowledge of registry duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data and operate computer, knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service, Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment, Knowledge of the National Archives Act and the MIS prescripts and procedures.
