    Remote - SR Global HR Project Manager

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Establish and drive a pragmatic and efficient People PMO practice
    • Coordinate and drive the annual HR Calendar and related initiatives considering our regional, global, and segment objectives and timelines
    • Support the Global HR Business partners to structure and drive people-related initiatives in their Region Partnering with CEOs and HR Services as part of executing people-related solutions
    • Own the planning and coordination of annual HR cycle execution (including calibration, global talent development programs, talent reviews, engagement, and inclusion-related activities, etc.) in close collaboration with the HR business partner
    • Compile, analyze and interpret data from various HR systems and tools and develop reports and presentations to support our HR projects and programs
    • Establishing and improving of HR calendar and key projects related processes
    • Work with functional leadership to identify and prioritize critical business challenges to
    • Analyze and prioritize the critical business challenges facing the organization and implement appropriate actions
    • Support and communicate with HR leadership in decision making, Program management, and implementation of initiatives.
    • Manage sensitive and highly confidential proprietary information with discretion and utmost confidentiality.

    Knowledge and Experience Required:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher; Business / HR-related major preferred.
    • Fluency in English
    • Experience in managing projects
    • Key skills and abilities include data analytics and interpretation, problem-solving, influencing, facilitation, project management, and process development.
    • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with the ability to confidently communicate with senior stakeholders.
    • A can-do mentality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Typically requires experience in Finance, Compensation, and Benefits, HR, and or any other analytical environment
    • Experience working in global or international organizations across multiple functions, organization levels, and geographies.
