Remote Tech Customer Spt Analyst III - Johannesburg
Providing timely technical resolution to customer lifecycle issues
Implementing complex business and customer solutions into the customer’s environment
Providing customer engagement pre-sale to ensure technical environments and expertise requirements
Capturing actionable insights on the customer’s technical operating environments to advise product/development teams to plan product features
Resolving customer problems or coordinate internal and external resources to get problems escalated and influence product direction
Identifying opportunities for additional products or implementation projects with customers to drive NET POS across the business
Requirements
Experience with at least second line support specifically on software applications
Experience in database support
Demonstrate advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching/coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex issues.
Have prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions
