• We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled French Back Office Agent to join our organization.
• As a Back Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our French-speaking clients.

• Backoffice tasks include responsibilities like reviewing queries, processing, and various administrative duties
• Providing excellent customer service and support to our French-speaking clients
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions in the CRM

• A2 - B1 Intermediate level (Fluent in French and English written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to navigate multiple databases and systems
• Experience - HSC with minimum 6 months experience OR above / Graduate freshers
