Reservations Consultant - Car Rental
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Matric
- Experience
- Location Western Cape
- City Cape Town
- Job Field Administration / Facilities , Customer Care, Success and Service
Job Requirements:
- Matic Certificate
- Some Car Rental experience is preferred but not essential
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- Speed and efficiency on the phone, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a calm and organized manner.
- Computer literate
- A valid Driver's License
- A stable and continuous work history
- Contactable references
You will need the following documents to apply.
- A FULL CV in Word or PDF format - Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving
- Qualification Certificates (Matric Minimum)
- A copy of valid Drivers License
- A recent photograph of yourself
- 3 months of payslips
- Names and contact numbers for at least 2 References
