Job Requirements

• At least 2 years Parts Sales experience in a franchised motor dealership (Preferably in multi brands)
• Working knowledge of Drive, CDK, IAL or similar motor industry DMS
• A solid client base
• A stable working history
• Reliable and contactable references

Job Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years Used Car Sales Management experience in a franchised motor dealership
• Must have experience in high volumes (60+ units per month)
• Outstanding trade knowledge
• Computer and social media savvy

• Matic Certificate
• Some Car Rental experience is preferred but not essential
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Speed and efficiency on the phone, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a calm and organized manner.

Job Requirements.

• Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised premium brand motor dealership
• Above average customer service, problem solving and team player skills
• Exceptionally well groomed and presented
• Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
• Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
• Have working knowledge of a DMS
