    Residential Sales and Conveyancing Specialist

    • As the Sales and Conveyancing Administrator, you'll be the driving force behind coordinating and managing the administration of residential off-plan sales.
    • From drafting sale agreements to ensuring meticulous collection of FICA documents and overseeing bond originations and transfer processes, your attention to detail will be paramount.
    • The ideal candidate for this role will come from the residential, off-plan development space.
    • Holding a legal qualification and boasting a minimum of 3 years' experience in Residential conveyancing, you'll be fluent in both English and Afrikaans, with a mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
    • This position places a strong emphasis on client/customer care, making interpersonal skills non-negotiable.
