As the Sales and Conveyancing Administrator, you'll be the driving force behind coordinating and managing the administration of residential off-plan sales.
From drafting sale agreements to ensuring meticulous collection of FICA documents and overseeing bond originations and transfer processes, your attention to detail will be paramount.
The ideal candidate for this role will come from the residential, off-plan development space.
Holding a legal qualification and boasting a minimum of 3 years' experience in Residential conveyancing, you'll be fluent in both English and Afrikaans, with a mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
This position places a strong emphasis on client/customer care, making interpersonal skills non-negotiable.

Managing employee records, managing employee grievances, facilitating counselling, investigating IR related matters, managing new employee orientation, employee evaluations and terminations.
Other tasks such as identifying training needs, co-ordinating succession planning and talent management with relevant parties, ensuring application of industrial relations practices, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures as well as driving Union Committee structures will fall on to you.
Over and above that you will need to serve as a liaison between management and employees.
With the above mentioned, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in HR/Labour Law or a related field, and 5-10 years of experience in a management position, to be considered for this role.
Other requirements include but are not limited to a minimum of 5 years’ of IR and CCMA experience, a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
Experience working in the security/cleaning/ parking industry will be advantageous. The successful incumbent will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate, strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.
The successful incumbent will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail leasing on behalf of an occupier, a relevant tertiary qualification, and a strong network within the retail sector.
Whilst a proven ability in managing fit-out projects and teams would be advantageous, this aspect of the role may be new to you.
Candidates relocating to Durban with a stable track record will be considered.
Experience using MRI software would also be beneficial.
