    Operational Asset manager - Cape Town

    • The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within the commercial and industrial property sector.
    • A robust technical background and relevant tertiary qualification are essential.
    • Further, experience with setting and adhering to operational budgets is a must.
    • If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong sense of urgency, and excel in tenant relationship management, we want to hear from you.
    • This role is open to ACI candidates currently living in Cape Town only.
