To assist the Resort Manager and the Resort through efficient and organized management of a range of Administrative functions in compliance with national and local legislation, resort policies and procedures and the brand’s standards for service, quality, guest satisfaction, safety and security.
To enhance & maintain communication with internal & external parties.
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive information.
To provide support to the Resort Manager and Heads of Department wherever & however required.
Duties range from telephone, office administration, reservations, stock/asset control, and handling of money. The successful candidate will also be responsible for compiling and submitting reports, managing and maintaining certain resort information.
Dealing with queries, both written and verbal. Data capturing and general admin duties.

Matric
Computer literacy in Excel & Word
Previous client liaison experience
Good interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to plan and organise
Numerical proficiency essential as well as attention to detail and accuracy
Strong admin skills

Discretion, Confidentiality, Trustworthiness of highest importance
Own transport & Drivers Licence essential
Previous financial experience will be an advantage
