Restaurant Commis Chef at Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Assist the Chef de Partie in meal preparation.
• Monitor portion control and quantities of preparation to minimise waste.
• Prepare ingredients for the meal service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling knives and kitchen equipment safely.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements
