Role Description 

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at Life & Brand Portfolio located in the City of Johannesburg. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, budgeting, and hiring new employees.

• P&L Management and Budgeting skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in hiring and managing staff
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
