Key Responsibilities:

• After the completion of a comprehensive training period offered by Mango5, successful candidates are expected to possess the following skills:
• Review resumes and give constructive feedback via 10–15-minute video reviews
• Guide job seekers in writing accomplishment-based bullet points and incorporating job-specific keywords
• Make notes for job seekers as needed
• Submit videos for QA review and make any necessary corrections
• Tailoring reviews to address client concerns and meet target position requisitions

Requirements:

• Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent (required) 
• A formal qualification in Linguistics, English, Journalism, or a related field (Advantageous)
• 1 + years of working experience in a professional writing and editing environment (desired)
• Experience with resume writing and formatting (Advantageous)
• Experience with keyword identification/SEO optimisation (highly advantageous)
• Aptitude to accurately review and edit documents
• Proficiency with Google Docs
• Experience with quality assurance processes (highly advantageous)
• Previous experience in Target-Driven Environments
• Clear criminal record
