We are in pursuit of exceptional candidates who enjoy writing, to join our team. If you have a passion for reading and editorial writing, you will excel in this position. As a member of our resume writing team, you will craft top-quality career documents for clients from multiple industries and regions.
Responsibilities:

•  Provide clients with professionally crafted CV’s that guarantees an increase in interviews.
•  Correspond with clients to address concerns and guarantee satisfaction.
•  Craft CV’s using examples/templates, cover letter examples/templates, email templates, and receive support from other writers and staff members.
•  Full theoretical and practical training will be provided.

Hours/Commitment:

•  Hours are between 8:00 am – 17:00pm on weekdays
•  Manage monthly projects of at least 45+ CV’s
•  KPI’s will be discussed during the interview

Requirements:

•  Attention to detail and robust writing/editorial skills.
•  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
•  Skill to perform under pressure and meet deadlines while upholding a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
•  Reliable internet connectivity (Fibre/ADSL) during the lockdown period.
•  PC with a minimum of an i3 with 4GB RAM.
•  Work from home only applicable during the lockdown, thereafter, you will resume duties at the office. Mango5 will issue staff with the necessary equipment when they resume their duties at our office.

Qualifications:

•  Degree in either English, Linguistics, Journalism/Media or any other writing-intensive field

Remuneration:

•  Monthly salary of R10 000
•  Commission earnings
•  YouAssist - Emergency Assistance
•  E-Learning portal access to over 100 courses
