We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail/Entertainment Employee.
This role will involve assisting customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming and entertainment, as well as a strong knowledge of current trends in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with finding products
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organised store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying displays
Stay up-to-date on the latest gaming and entertainment trends to provide recommendations to customers
Assist with inventory management and other store tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of gaming and entertainment products and trends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
