Retail Operations Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors , Higher National Certificate
- Experience 5 - 7 years
- Location Western Cape
- City Cape Town
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Desired skills:
- Must have retail financial acumen
- Self-motivated and result driven
- A good understanding of stock inventory management
Strong analytical skills
- Good conflict management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Training and mentoring of franchise management and staff would be an advantage
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 5 to 7 years retail experience, of which a minimum of 3 years at a management level (large national retail experience an advantage)
- Drivers License and own transport
- Package & Remuneration
- Basic to be discussed
- Incentive (monthly incentive is available)
- Retirement annuity
- Medical aid
- Cellphone allowance
- Fuel allowance
All candidates will undergo a polygraph as well as a pre-employment credit & criminal check.
