Retail Representative at Turf-Ag

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Tertiary qualification in Sales and / or Marketing.
• Relevant retail experience in sales and administration.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Email)
• Knowledge of irrigation industry will be advantages.
• Must be able to work under pressure, accurately neat and organized.
• Ability to travel 50% plus.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

The successful Retail Representative:

• Will be responsible for growing sales and relationships with retail customers.
• Will be responsible fordeveloping and executing sales strategies and tactics required to aggressively grow Turf-Ag products sales in the retail market.
• Need to developing current and new retail markets for Turf-Ag’s irrigation products.
• Will be responsible for training and development of retail customers sales personnel.
• Will be required to build sustainable relations with current and new retail customers.
• Will be required to offer technical support to customers.
• Will be required to perform sales and administration functions as required by Turf-Ag management.
