Participate in rotational shifts and duties, ensuring round-the-clock care for our valued guests (07:00 – 15:30 & 09:30 – 18:00 shifts and Saturday, cellphone and public holiday duty on rotation).
Collaborate with colleagues to continually enhance processes and support during peak periods.
What You’ll Bring:
A minimum of 5 years of reservations experience, preferably in an inbound tour operating environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of African (specifically southern Africa) travel destinations and reservation systems (Tourplan experience is an advantage).
Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
A flexible, creative, and positive approach to challenges.
