Reporting to the Principal Electrical Engineer, your work will cover some of the following:

• Create detailed electrical drawings (2D & 3D) for building services, lighting, power distribution, and more using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers and architects to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Review project specifications and sketches to ensure every detail is captured.
• Modify designs to optimize functionality and reduce production challenges.
• Conduct site investigations and support inspections to ensure project success.
• Train and mentor junior draughting staff, fostering growth and excellence within the team.
• Prepare "As Built" drawings to reflect the final implementation of projects.

What we’re looking for:

• Certificate from a recognized draughting institute
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with basic Revit exposure (additional Revit training will be provided).
• At least 3 years of working experience in electrical draughting, preferably from a consulting firm.
• A core focus on draughting in electrical building services.
• Capability in mechanical draughting is a huge bonus.

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

• Degree-level IT qualification

• Member of the Institute of Information Technology Professionals

Experience: 

• minimum of 8+ years in application development and support, mainframe systems experience, API integration, and best practice frameworks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As Internal Marketing Assistant:

• Manage bookings for all trades and daily updates of EDI
• Engage in telesales and canvassing for cargoes
• Handle client documentation and updates in LMS and Dynamics
• Monitor tonnages, manage shipments, and negotiate freight rates
• Prepare and submit reports on a monthly basis
• Application for acceptance of hazardous cargo/special equipment and stowage requests

• Organize marketing conferences and assist with business operations
• Arranging travel, domestic, international flights, accommodation, and car hire for all branches, reconcile travel statements at month end  
• Arrange Visas if required
• Take minutes of managers meeting
• Typing of letters, emails
• Organise marketing conference, take Minutes at Conference, arrange gifts/transport and accommodation.
