    Retention Advisor

    Role Purpose    

    • Our advisors within the Client Retentions environment will deal with client queries and complaints; specifically from clients that want to cancel their insurance; on all levels in a competent, efficient and professional way and in accordance with the values of Momentum Insure.

    Requirements    

    • Matric or equivalent
    • Relevant regulatory qualifications from a FSCA perspective 1. Regulatory exams if you have been in a financial advisory role or similar before2. Class of Business training effective from 01 August 20183. Continuous professional development (CPD) points if you have been in a financial advisory role or similar before effective from 01 June 2018

    Understanding of a short-term insurance industry

    • Previous call centre experience in a short-term insurance client centric, retention or sales environment will be preferred
    • Experience in short-term insurance will be advantageous

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • As a client retentions advisor, you will be responsible for retaining existing clients who want to cancel their insurance.
