Retentions Professional

- Job Field Sales and Business Development
Main responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and gather information regarding any possible complaints
- Build positive relationships with clients
- Negotiate with clients to retain their business
- Educate and remind customers of the value of our services
- Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention.
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- Completed Degree, or a 3-year Diploma from a reputable tertiary organisation
- Excellent communication skills, be articulate and fluent in English with a neutral accent
- Previous experience in client retention is an advantage
