    Revenue Manager

    The Key Purpose of this role is to support the strategic design and execution of revenue growth initiatives across the Africa zone, partnering with FP&A and senior market leaders to drive pricing, pack architecture, and trade investment strategies that unlock sustainable top-line and margin growth.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • Translate and govern global revenue guardrails across the Africa Zone, ensuring disciplined and consistent execution.
    • Consolidate zone revenue insights to shape strategic priorities and value creation agendas.
    • Review and evaluate operating unit pricing and revenue proposals. 
    • Champion and entrench a high-performance revenue management culture across markets through standards, routines, and capability building.
    • Own and drive the accessibility pillar within the POS framework.
    • Evaluate innovation P&Ls, ensuring robust financial rigor.
    • Lead market-level revenue strategy execution. 
    • Deliver rigorous performance analysis and insights, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
    • Optimize pack and pricing architecture to unlock mix improvement, competitive advantage, and sustainable revenue growth.
    • Govern trade investment effectiveness, ensuring execution excellence. 
    • Engage and influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment and elevate zone revenue capability.

    Minimum Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Commercial strategy, pricing, and finance.  7+ years of experience in FMCG, with strong exposure to sales,
    • Experience working across multiple markets or regions.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management tools and frameworks.
    • Commercial acumen
