Risk & Acturial Analyst at Roundpeg Talent

Our client leaders in specialist risk insurance with a focus in construction, customs, fuel guarantees, mining rehabilitation guarantees and credit insurance, are currently looking for a Risk and Actuarial Analyst within their Capital and Investment Management team. The actuarial teams plays a crucial role in supporting the collaborative, relationship driven and contemporary and open-minded business model.  The successful candidate will be responsible for, Solvency Assessment and Management, embark on data improvement initiatives, implementation and improvement of Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Own Risk and Solvency Assessment and assisting across business units to assist with statutory capital, capital, balance sheet management and investments.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Degree in Actuarial Science
• Exams passed CT 1-9 and CA 1-3
• Membership of ASSA (Actuarial Society of South Africa)
• 0-1years work experience
• Programming experience (VBA, R and Python)
