Risk and Security Controller at RCL Foods

RCL FOODS is seeking a Risk & Security Controller to join our Vector Division. The role will be based in Linbro Park and report to the Warehouse Manager. RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent who will develop, implement and manage CCTV control rooms as an effective management tool to reduce risk and loss to the business. Responsible for the technical control and management of a live security control room, supervision of maintenance of security equipment, and reporting and reaction on incident by gathering information and evidence. Identify and highlight other risk on site, test and enhance processes to meet compliance. Ensuring employee safety. Asset Security and Management. Creating and Managing business continuity plans to limit risks. Conducting policy and compliance audits, which will include liaising with internal and external auditors

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Risk Management qualification would be advantageous
• PSIRA
• Strong risk management and investigations skills
• Must have experience in supervising / overseeing loss prevention services
• CCTV operating experience
• Strong compliance and record management
• Accurate and concise literacy skills.
• Good telephone manner.
• General good education
• Good organizational skills
• Must have a flexible approach to work.
• Must be able to work shifts as specified.
• Must be able to attend court, CCMA, Bargaining Council as required.
• Must be able to work unsupervised
