Robotics Process Automation Analyst - Sandton, Johannesburg at RMB - Rand Merchant Bank

Purpose

• To perform business requirements analysis and updates for products, processes, procedures, systems and automation, and to serve as the facilitator for an agile development team  

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification - Relevant Undergraduate Degree
• Preferred Qualification - RPA accreditation through Blue Prism
• Experience - 3 years business process re-engineering experience or business analysis experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and processing sequences according to workload to meet prescribed goals
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of robots engaged in execution of processes
• Plan for value-added process improvements, initiatives and services to deliver on operational strategy and objectives and review outputs
• Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
• Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
• Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
• Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FRG
• Assess own performance through seeking timely, and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of processes
• Resolve escalations, errors and problems, and manage exceptions
