About the Role

• As a Sales Operations Analyst at Delta-v your focus will be to ensure that the sales teams that we operate for our FinTech & SaaS customers are supported with the best possible processes, systems, and reporting.

This role is an opportunity to take ownership of our sales tooling which includes B2B data providers, data acquisition tools, CRM (Salesforce), and sales engagement platform (Salesloft). Along with the day to day management of our tech environment, we have the following projects on our roadmap that you’d be responsible for:

• Optimising our CRM environment & data management standards
• Automating list building and prospecting processes with tools such as Clay and n8n
• Evaluating our current sales engagement vendor and potentially selecting and implementing a new sales engagement platform

We're not looking for someone with coding skills, but rather someone with a love of process, systems and data.

Requirements

You'll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Finance, Accounting or Sciences (you must have done mathematical / quantitative courses during your studies)
• 1-5 years experience managing or acting as a super user on a CRM like Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot or Pipedrive
• Expert level Excel / Google Sheets skills - cleaning, manipulating, normalising data using advanced excel functions
• Data analysis & reporting skills - using Excel / Sheets or alternatively Reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio) to create automated dashboards and reports
• Documentations skills - experience gathering and documenting business requirements
