Safety Officer (Opencast)

Description:
- Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Safety Officer with extensive opencast experience to join their mining company based in Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the ISO 45001 health and safety management system.
- Compile, update, and maintain compliance and safety matrices.
- Record, monitor, and report on safety statistics.
- Conduct legal inspections and ensure follow-up on findings.
- Lead and document accident and incident investigations.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- SAMTRAC
- Experience with ISO45001
- 5 years' experience in opencast mining
- Valid Driver's License
