    • This role will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, overseeing all aspects of functional circuit testing (FCT), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and advanced board-level diagnostics.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Lead and manage a team of ±20 technicians across electronic assembly repairs and test system failures.
    • Oversee FCT and FAT processes, ensuring product quality and reliability standards are consistently met.
    • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for failures from both production and system-level tests.
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with ISO standards.
    • Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to provide feedback on design and manufacturability.
    • Track and report repair metrics, test yields, and failure trends to executive leadership.
    • Ensure full compliance with ESD, IPC, and ISO quality standards throughout the department.
    • Train, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen technical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Manage the implementation and improvement of diagnostic tools, test platforms, and reporting systems.
    • Support CAPEX planning and equipment procurement for test and repair functions.

    Requiements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Hardware specialization preferred).
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in electronics test and repair leadership within a manufacturing environment.
    • Deep understanding of FCT, FAT, board-level troubleshooting, and repair methodologies.
    • Proficient in PC-based diagnostic tools and LabVIEW or similar test software.
    • Familiar with ISO quality systems, IPC standards, and Lean manufacturing principles.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.

As the Chief Safety Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees and promoting a culture of safety excellence throughout the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
    • Provide leadership and strategic guidance in all matters related to safety and health.
    • Oversee safety training programs and ensure employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties safely.
    • Monitor and analyze safety performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
    • Investigate incidents and accidents and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into the organization's safety programs.

    • 7 years' experience as a Safety Officer with minimum 2 years' experience as a Chief Safety Officer within the mining industry.

    • Valid Driver's License
