    SAGE ERP Application Support Analyst

    SAGE ERP Application Support Analyst 

    • Our external client based in Pretoria is looking for a SAGE ERP Application Support Analyst to administer, support and maintain business applications and databases.

    Required qualification and experience:

    • Degree -preferred or Diploma
    • 5 years support in Sage CRM, Sage EvolutionERP and Microsoft SharePoint applications

    Overall responsibilities:

    • Provide 1st line support to business users of Sage CRM, Sage Evolution ERP, and Microsoft 
    • Plan and manage releases of application updates
    • Coordinates service request, application issues and patches with the application owners
    • Manage licenses across all applications
    • Develop, test and maintain disaster recovery plan for enterprise applications
