Sales Administrator at AGRANA Fruit

Your main focus will be to communicate with customers, coordinate cash sales and also liaise with the production team with regards to orders that have been produced and delivered.

Tasks:

• Receive customer order, calls and enquiries
• Bring prompt, clear and professional feedback to all customer queries
• Be the direct interface with customers and internal departments (production, logistics, quality, Key Account Managers) to ensure full customer satisfaction
• Follow up with production, stores and customers about orders delivery dates
• Place customer sales orders and ensure prices are up to date in SAP
• Capturing all slips and records of money spend out of petty cash
• Ensure that the driver has all correct paper work and directions to customer premises
• Maintain stock levels for daily sales and communication with production with regards to orders that have been produced
• Arrange transport with transporters and logistic supervisor
• Communicate daily and weekly to production department to plan and produce according to customers’ needs

Educational requirements:

• Matric/Diploma (preferred)

Know-how/professional requirements:

• 5-10 years sales Admin experience                   
• SAP experince
• Willingness to learn, flexibility, autonomy
• Multi-tasking ability
• Good communication skills

Availability: Immediately

Duration: Permanent

Basic Salary: R 18 333.00
