    Sales Administrator

    Our Sales Admin is accountable to provide the necessary backend support to the Sales force team, being and active resource, helping the end to end lead management process and also ensuring the information accuracy and completeness in Salesforce and other tools/systems; as wells as actively supporting marketing activities related to lead generation.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Review the completeness of application packages sent to the different Business Units as stated in the Sales Playbooks for Handover and Revenue Traceability
    • Ensure that the Sales Handover & revenue Traceability Playbooks for the Division/Region where they are assigned are complete and updated
    • Help with the coordination and participate in the tradeshows planned within the division they are assigned to
    • Support the planning of webinars and its communication to targets and compilation of participation interest
    • Support the Business Intelligence actions to compile information in tradeshows and work with accounts executives planning the post actions to address the selected attendants
    • Work closely with BUs Account Managers ensuring the generation of Work Orders or similar references are performed on time to be updated in Salesforce
    • Work with Sales Executives the status of open leads, ensuring their updates and reducing unaddressed leads in Salesforce
    • Update in Salesforce the data related to Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities when supporting the Sales team or by request.
    • Loading information of Application Packages into Salesforce
    • Support as requested the quoting/pricing of proposals
    • Perform the approved research of lead generation requests as indicated in the Lead Generation process.
    • Support Request for Proposals as defined in the RFP process (*)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field and experience.
    • 3+ years’ experience in commercial sales, sales administration or sales related financial
    • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel. Data Mining experience strongly preferred
    • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
    • Desirable experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Power BI)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Knowledge of CRM Salesforce
    • Advanced Excel skills (Macro, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
    • Native or Advanced English proficiency
    •  Spanish speaker/French Speaker is a plus
    • Extraordinary relationship builder
    • Proactive and customer/service oriented.
    • Innovative to propose new improvements.
