JOB DESCRIPTION

• Make outbound calls to customers to interact with them, identify needs and promote the product/Service
• Script Adherence
• Maintain a high degree of product Knowledge
• Maintain a courteous and friendly deposition when interacting with customers irrespective of their temperament
• Ensure daily shift call quotas and set targets are achieved
• Maintaining and improving quality and compliance by adhering to the standards and guidelines
• Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of the company

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Matric/ Grade 11
• 12 Months Outbound sales experience (Within a Call centre Environment)
• Clear ITC
• No Criminal Record
• RE5 and FAIS advantageous
