Receive credit applications and ensure all documentation is complete and comprehensive
Load credit application on system
Follow up on credit applications and give feedback to agents
Assist agents with debtor collections and give weekly updates
Handle debtor enquiries
Collect forecasts from agents prior to deadlines
Administer and compile forecast data on template and send to Commercial and Marketing Manager
Monitor order bank and follow up with agents for deliveries
Organize meetings and farmer days in coordination with the Marketing Department
Receive and compile complaints reports and communicate to Marketing Manager
Do depot stock counts
Send out communication as needed
Complete documentations regarding sales on behalf of Marketing Manager
Complete customer data form for new clients and handle administration in this regard
Send out monthly data and figures to agents
Compile information for reports, i.e. sales figures
Load orders on system
Handle orders enquiries

A dynamic individual with high self-discipline, work ethic and attention to detail. A diploma or degree in commercial, finance or sales will be beneficial. 3 years relevant experience in a fertilizer company will place you on the top of the list!
