    Scope & Responsibilities

    • As our Business Development Executive, you will be accountable for achieving results in the pivotal areas of Sales and Business Development.

    New Business Development

    • Identify key accounts and compile account acquisition strategies.
    • Execute on strategies.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders.

    KPIs & Performance Reporting

    • New Business Wins – Value of new business won during the period
    • Client Retention & Growth – Achievement of planned retention and growth within existing client relationships

    Requirements

    Experience & Character

    • You will have the necessary professional and commercial experience to shape good judgment (3-5 years proven sales experience in ICT sector).
    • Good understanding of ICT space, SaaS, OEM/Distributor/Vendor operating model.
    • A deep understanding of marketing principles
    • Excellent communication skills
    • A positive attitude
    • Negotiation skills
    • Plenty of initiative
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field advantageous.
    • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
