Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, processing orders, capturing sales activity data, and maintaining customer records.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and vehicle test drives for prospective customers, if requested.
Provide real-time support and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Assist with vehicle deliveries; delivery/ collection of sales-related documentation and items (e.g. natis documents, number plates, spare keys etc.) where required.
Learn and engage in the vehicle sales process.
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and other relevant stakeholders.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and maintain updated records of sales agreements.
Maintain accurate sales records, including customer contact details, deal files, order statuses, and sales performance info.
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management meetings, if requested.
Monitor vehicle stock levels and communicate with internal stakeholder to ensure stock availability.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., service, parts, F&I, admin) to ensure a smooth sales process, fitments and resolution of queries.
Support sales team in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Attend all training and remain up to date with new information pertaining to product, process or other, as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
Minimum of Grade 12/ Matric
A 3-year diploma or degree Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Knowledge & Experience:
1+ years in a sales coordination or similar administrative role in the motor industry or related field.
