    Sales Development Representative

    • Accountants and bookkeepers are the backbone of every successful business. For more than a decade we’ve empowered our partners with innovative technology solutions to make businesses better. Dext allows them to meet the challenges they face today, tomorrow and in the future.
    • Our sales development representative team are often the face (and voice) of Dext – a phone call with you will often be the first human interaction many prospective customers have with us as a company. You therefore have the opportunity to set the tone for the ongoing relationship that our partners have with us.

    The role (what you’ll do):

    • Qualify prospects to assure they are a potential fit as a Dext Partner through research and targeted questions.
    • Educate prospects about Dext and acquire enough interest to have them agree to attend a product consultation.
    • Schedule up-selling consultations for existing partners who qualify for upgraded packages.
    • Develop and master consultative and cold-calling techniques.
    • Keep track of interested prospects to remind them of their scheduled consultation.
    • Travel to assigned events or seminars and showcase or present the Dext product to draw in new leads.

    • Have a desire to develop your consultative selling techniques

    • Self-sufficient, independent, motivated by quick wins
    • Sales Development Representatives are key players within the wider Sales and Dext Team, therefore you need to possess and display the Dext values to help contribute to both the culture and success of Dext.
