    Sales Development Representative: Manufacturing & Process Plant

    A position exists at Baker Baynes, a leading Autodesk Gold Partner, for a Sales Development Representative - MFG & PEMresponsible for creating a qualified pipeline for the Key Accounts Managers.

    The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within prospect accounts. You will be discovering potential leads by targeting outbound prospects through your daily research from various sources.

    Experience and qualifications:

    The dynamic Sales Development Representative should have the following 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field.
    • Experience in telemarketing or cold calling
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas
    • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
    • Proficiency with a CRM System, specifically Salesforce.com would be an advantage.

    Responsibilities:

    The ideal candidate will have the following 

    • Identify research requirements for the business to build the brand and acquire new clients
    • Plan and execute on the research projects
    • Make contact with identified target audiences/databases
    • Create a Prospecting Pipeline for the various brands that we represent
    • Engage with and nurture your leads to encourage interest in purchase
    • Update and manage all sales activities, leads, and account information in CRM

    Attributes

    • Excellent written and verbal communication including presentation skills.
    • High level of organisation and time management skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
