    Sales Development Representative - MEA

    • Our Sales Development team plays a fundamental role in delivering a superb experience for our customers, building trust in Ansarada, and helping them gain the most value from our products.
    • You will join the senior sales team for in-person client meetings and support key accounts through relationship-building, driving awareness and education, and ultimately increasing sales revenue by responding to inbound requests, attending client meetings, and proactively reaching out to relevant stakeholders

    Some of the key activities of this role include:

    • Lead Management: Prospect, educate, and qualify inbound leads from marketing channels, collaborating closely with the senior sales team and supporting the Regional Head for corporations. Identify new lead prospects through online research.
    • Outbound Activity: Take ownership of driving new business growth in new logos as a true hunter. Proactively make calls, book meetings, run demos, and open doors with senior decision-makers. Build momentum with new prospects while also managing and nurturing accounts to create long-term opportunities.
    • Research & Identification: Identify and source new prospects through online research, databases, and digital channels.
    • Collaborative Campaigns: Partner with Digital Growth and Sales teams on outbound campaigns to target new business opportunities across MEA (Africa, Saudi Arabia, UAE).
    • Account & Corporate Support: Work closely with the Regional Head to drive account-level activity, ensuring strong coverage and engagement with corporate clients.
    • CRM Management: Maintain Salesforce hygiene by updating lead scoring, tracking interactions, and ensuring accurate pipeline visibility.
    • Process Improvement: Contribute to refining workflows and sales processes as Ansarada scales its operations across MEA (Africa, Saudi Arabia, UAE).

    What we’re looking for:

    • Experience in a sales or client-facing role, with excitement for building a career in tech sales, specifically in the M&A and corporate finance space (software sales preferred).
    • A strong drive to uncover new opportunities, thrive on the chase, and build strategic relationships from scratch. Your ability to identify and engage high-value prospects sets you apart.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
    • Thrive in a high-energy, metric-driven team environment, working closely with colleagues across the globe.
    • A background or strong interest in corporate finance and M&A, with a drive to support clients through complex, high-stakes transactions.
    • Security awareness: We are ISO27001 certified, so you will need to complete regular training and adhere to our policies to keep sensitive information secure.  

    Preferred Language Skills:

    • Fluency in Afrikaans and English, both verbally and in writing.
    • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
