    Sales Development Representative

    Who we are looking for

    We are looking for an energized Sales Development Representative, to join our Venture Solutions team. If you are a go-getter when it comes to nurturing new leads that come in and enjoy the process of meeting new clients, and figuring out how to solve complex challenges… this role is for you! Context switching excites you! From food to crypto you rapidly immerse yourself in your client’s world to offer the best support and strategy.

    Your core role will be to receive qualified leads, meet with them, identify the products/services that suit them and close deals. You will engage with a range of C-Class executives, to founders, entrepreneurs and established businesses.

    You should be excellent at active listening, as you would be solely responsible for meeting with clients to identify which product best fits their needs, in order to put together a proposal and close the sale successfully.

    You will be committed to finding value for our customers, in order for us to successfully build and launch successful ventures into the world!

    What you’ll do

    • Smash sales targets - because signing off deals makes you tick!
    • Own the process of receiving a qualified lead and managing the sales process end-to-end
    • You will be responsible for deeply understanding a client’s venture and ensuring you offer the correct product out of our solutions
    • Deeply understanding our products so you can tailor them where required
    • Compiling proposals on our internal VentureOS system, excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs and presenting these back to clients
    • Negotiating and finalizing the deal, before handing it over to our Contracting and Project Management departments
    • Engaging with clients via calls, meetings, emails and LinkedIn to offer our clients the best experience
    • You will receive qualified leads from various channels, but also will build your own pipeline of prospects if the need arises

    What you’ll need

    • Relevant university degree
    • At least 3 years relevant working experience. Prior experience and a proven track record in sales is essential
    • You are accustomed to targets, and will do all in your power to reach & exceed them
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Can look a challenge in the eye… and give it a wink!
    • Highly motivated and driven to succeed
    • Superior written and verbal abilities
    • You have the key skills of sales, account management, business development and strategic thinking
    • You have an entrepreneurial mindset
    • You enjoy applying yourself to problems and finding the best-structured solution/roadmap of how we can approach solving it
    • You are a reliable and proactive team member
    • You can sell a superior range of complex solutions in a digestible way for clients
    • You are curious about the world around you
    • The diverse range of clients engages you, and you enjoy working across industries
    • English speaking is essential - if you speak German too please highlight this in your application, as that is a bonus.
