THE ROLE

Our client, operating in the rubber manufacturing sector, seek to employ a Sales Development Representative to join their team. This individual will be responsible for setting and achieving a realistic new business budget, identifying new markets (both locally and into the SADC region) and products in order to continually grow company turnover and market share.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- Sales/Marketing related tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 5 years related experience in the rubber or injection moulding sectors
- Technically minded and able to read product drawings/specifications
- Ability to set sales targets and achieve budget with resources available
- Self starter with ability to self motivate and self manage
