    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive role is to target businesses in the hospitality industry that require flexible staffing. In this role, you will be required to develop a pipeline of employer customers to create an account on our robust temp hiring app and consistently post jobs on this digital platform.

    The position requires an experienced and self-motivated sales hunter to build new relationships with potential clients and nurture them into revenue-generating opportunities. You will be working with clients that operate restaurants, hotels, events & food service businesses around Gauteng.

    Responsibilities

    • Research and build a pipeline of businesses in the hospitality industry that needs temp staff.
    • Deliver high volumes of daily cold-calls & a minimum of 15 meetings weekly.
    • Actively refine the sales process, manage the sales cycle, and close deals to achieve targets.
    • Deliver tailored phone/web presentations/demos and regular in-person meetings.
    • Present weekly updates/metrics to management on customer acquisition and market feedback.
    • Consistently follow up with employer prospects through phone/visit and flows of business cycles, converting them to clients that post jobs on our platform.
    • Become an expert on our on-demand digital hiring app.
    • Strongly represent the company's mission, vision, and values in all actions.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client service activity in our CRM platform.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of outbound, B2B sales experience required.
    • Experience following a sales process and methodology.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to close deals over the phone.
    • A vision to grow into a sales manager role in 12 months.
    • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, etc.
    • Experience and passion for selling into the hospitality industry are not required but a plus.
