    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • An established essential services company operating within the OHS Act space (Fire Equipment, Detection & Sprinkler Systems, First Aid & Training) is looking to appoint a driven Sales Executive.
    • This is a new business development role suited to a candidate who already has an existing client network / database and can actively generate and convert opportunities.

    What This Role Requires (Non-Negotiable Mindset)

    This is not an order-taking role. We are looking for someone who can:

    • Open doors and build their own pipeline
    • Leverage an existing client base / network
    • Actively cold canvas and generate new business
    • Build long-term B2B relationships

    Minimum Requirements

    • Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 1+ year)
    • Existing client database / network from previous roles (highly advantageous)
    • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
    • Strong relationship-building and closing ability
    • Own reliable transport
    • Willing to travel

    Key Skills & Competencies

    • New business development & lead generation
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Understanding of profit margins and commercial thinking
    • Excellent communication and follow-up
    • Highly organised and able to manage multiple opportunities
    • Self-managed, target-driven, and resilient

    Advantageous

    • Experience in fire equipment / safety / OHS environment
    • Exposure to technical products or compliance-based services
    • Knowledge of Pastel / MS Office
