The Sales Executive's main responsibility is to take full accountability for strategically generating sales on all service offerings provided whilst maintaining relationships with store owners. You will be managing a portfolio of accounts per agreed targets, whilst developing and maintaining good relationships with these accounts.
Duties of the Sales Executive includes (but are not limited to):
Achieving sales targets and completing the sales journey on all product offerings.
Offering strategic/creative solutions to clients.
Seeing all customers at least once over a ten-week period and meeting the required weekly store
visits and client call targets
Attend trade shows.
Educating clients on new service offerings and consolidating reports
Creating sales proposals to pitch to clients, updating sales pipeline weekly and preparing sales
store plan to discuss with management on a weekly basis.
Submission of an advert brief to studio via the advert platform.
Feedback reporting on sales, including strategy to close sales gaps
Attending both internal and external planned sales training throughout the year

REQUIREMENTS
Matric/Grade 12
A diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing would be advantageous
Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ customer relations experience
Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ sales experience
Background in Retail / FMCG is essential
Good communication skills, both written and verbal - English and Afrikaans
Strong sales and account management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
