    Sales Manager: Business Solutions

    In this role, you will:

    • Lead the current team of Business Consultants in JHB and CPT that focus on their respective partners (ISVs and Devs).
    • Recruit for any vacant positions.
    • Drive and enhance the current programs that are in place, and develop and implement innovative programs required to remain on the cutting edge to offer the TOD partners the differentiation and value we pride ourselves on.
    • Engage with the hyperscaler vendors, namely Microsoft and AWS from a relationship, sales pipeline, and program perspective.
    • Manage partner relationships and help identify new partners and opportunities through various means of resources, supplied by the company and on your own accord.
    • Present at partner events on behalf of the company and or hyper-scaler, where you share your knowledge aligned to the topic and reason for the event.
    • Manage your team’s opportunities and the revenue needed to achieve both the financial and non-financial targets.
    • Apply and execute the OKRs provided by the business that would cascade to you and your team.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and technology advancements through your research and learnings, while remaining up to date with any qualifications needed to support you in your role.

    Experience, Qualifications, Skills, and Other Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • Tertiary qualification preferable; a degree in the form of Business studies is ideal
    • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales with a proven clean and successful track record
    • Minimum 3 years experience in Cloud with a focus on Microsoft Azure / AWS
    • Previous experience in leading a team
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Strong financial acumen
    • Strong understanding of Cloud computing, ISVs, and Dev communities
    • A consultative and programmatic approach
    • Proven record of own learning applied to the cloud
    • Technical knowledge of Cloud
    • Execution of programs relating to ISV / Dev
    • Experience in driving marketing motions
    • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
    • Able to think strategically, with a strong problem-solving capability
    • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for achievement
    • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team – with a positive attitude
    • Must be willing to travel
    • Own reliable transport
    • This is an office-based position in the Woodmead branch
