This role suits a proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and takes ownership of communication and execution.
A highly organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator is required to support commercial performance through structured sales administration, coordinated marketing activity, and clear internal and external communication. This role sits at the centre of sales enablement, brand communication, and campaign execution, ensuring alignment between sales teams, marketing management, and regional stakeholders.
You will support the sales function with proposals, quotations, presentations, CRM management, and customer follow-ups, while coordinating marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and promotions. A strong focus is placed on marketing communication, showing initiative in managing social media platforms, website content, newsletters, press releases, and brand consistency.
The role also includes preparing sales and marketing performance reports, managing sponsorship agreements, coordinating trade shows and exhibitions, tracking marketing spend and ROI, and conducting market and competitor research to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2–4 years’ experience in a similar sales and marketing coordination role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Experience with digital marketing tools and social media management
Strong organisational, project management, and multitasking capability
