Sales Order Administrator at Sappi

We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and energetic Customer Services Administrator to provide first line of contact for business customers for booking of orders, stock enquiries, issuing of delivery instructions and coordination of transporter arrivals.

REPORTING TO: Customer Services Supervisor

As a Customer Services Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Sales order administration using the SAP system.
• Liasing with the manufacturing planning department for allocations.
• Maintaining customer profiles using the Salesforce system.
• Coordinate the distribution and delivery of customer orders.
• Review customer credit limit availability before finalising distribution.

What are we looking for:

• A Commerce Degree in the relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 year experience in customer services in a business to business environment.
• Good working knowledge of the SAP modules for order capturing, claims, transportation and planning.
• Customer oriented candidate who is willing to work on site during business hours.
